Lead Dental Assistant
Location: Sequim, Washington
Steim Family Dentistry is a family owned dental practice in beautiful Sequim, Washington, seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. Our current lead assistant has been accepted into the Dental Hygiene Program at Peninsula College, and while we are excited for her next chapter, we are looking for the right person to step into this important role.
We’re searching for someone who is reliable, positive, and truly enjoys building relationships with patients. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a team environment, and are looking for a long-term dental home, we’d love to meet you.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
- Strong chairside and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Outgoing, personable, and compassionate with patients.
- A true team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lead by example and keep the day running smoothly.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday.
- 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Enjoy three-day weekends every week!
